My journey through hospitality has taken me across Malta, Belgium and Scotland, working in some of the industry’s most respected environments, from Hilton Hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants.
With more than 25 years in professional kitchens, I have learned that exceptional hospitality is about far more than what is served on a plate. It is about people, passion, precision, culture, and the moments we create for others.
Today, I bring that experience into talent acquisition and hospitality, combining my culinary background with a genuine understanding of the people behind the industry. I believe that when the right people are given the right environment to grow, extraordinary experiences naturally follow.

With 15 years of experience in Colombia and five years in Malta, I have built my career across Human Resources, talent acquisition and leadership development, working with organizations such as Conecta and Auto América Toyota.
